Marco Aurélio Nogueira

Marco Aurelio Nogueira is Center for International Studies and Analyses founding member. He received his Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Sciences from the School of Sociology and Politics of São Paulo (1972) and his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (1983). He was a post-doctorate researcher at the University of Rome, Italy (1984-1985). He was professor of Political Theory at the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho– UNESP, and a professor at the Graduate Program in Social Sciences (FCL-Araraquara) and at Graduate Program in International Relations San Tiago Dantas (UNESP – Unicamp – PUC-SP). He is currently a columnist at O Estado de S. Paulo, translator and essayist.

Carlos Eduardo Carvalho

Carlos Eduardo Carvalho is Professor at the Department of Economics of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and at the Graduate Program in International Relations San Tiago Dantas (UNESP - Unicamp - PUC-SP). He is also an Assistant Professor at the Graduate Program in Economics from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). He received his B.A. in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, and his Ph.D. from the Institute of Economics of the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). His research focus on topics related to Monetary and Financial Economy, International Political Economy, Latin American Economy, Monetary and Financial Institutions in Brazil.

Marcela Franzoni

Marcela Franzoni holds a Master's in International Relations and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Graduate Program in International Relations San Tiago Dantas (UNESP – Unicamp – PUC-SP). She has international research experience at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and at University of California, San Diego (UCSD). She is a Foundation for Research Support of the State of São Paulo (FAPESP) scholarship holder. Her research agenda includes Latin America's international political economy, its relations with the United States and, in particular, Mexico's foreign policy.

He holds a master in International Relations from the Graduate Program in International Relations San Tiago Dantas (UNESP, UNICAMP and PUC-SP). He is interested in international political economy, sustainable development and public policy, bioeconomics and international climate policy. He was a fellow at the Managing Global Governance (MGG) Academy 2022 at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) in Bonn, Germany. he holds a bachelor in International Relations from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2012) and is the Coordinator of the National Land Credit Program (PNCF -Terra Brasil) in the State of São Paulo and Agrarian Development Analyst at the São Paulo Land Institute Foundation (ITESP).

Sara Basílio de Toledo

Sara Toledo received her Ph.D. in International Relations from the Graduate Program in International Relations San Tiago Dantas (UNESP – Unicamp – PUC-SP). Her dissertation focused on PSDB international policy during the Cardoso's administrations. She received a Master's degree in International Relations from the same institution. Her thesis focused on Brazil-Paraguay relations during the Lula-Lugo governments and the renegotiation of the Treaty of Itaipu. Her research interests include Latin American Foreign Policy, Regional Integration and Theory of International Relations. She received a scholarship from the Top USA Massachusetts Santander program for Brown University (USA). She has a specialization in Politics and International Relations from the São Paulo School of Sociology Foundation (FESPSP) and in Sociology from the University of São Paulo (USP).

Tatiana Teixeira is a collaborating professor at the Institute of International Relations and Defense (IRID/UFRJ), a researcher at National Institute of Science and Technology for Studies on the United States (INCT-INEU), editor of the Political Observatory of the United States (OPEU), co-host of the DIálogos INEU program and associate editor of the Revista Sul Global. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from the Institute of Social and Political Studies of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IESP-UERJ) and a Master's degree in International Relations from the Graduate Program in International Relations from the Fluminense Federal University (PPGRI/UFF), Tatiana Teixeira was a visiting scholar at the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (University of Pennsylvania, USA). Main areas of expertise: International Relations and Political Science. Main topics/sub-areas of interest: North American think tanks; Studies on the USA; North American Political Institutions; Subjectivities of Neoliberalism.

Gabriel Dauer

Gabriel Dauer is a Ph.D. candidate in International Relations at the Graduate Program in International Relations San Tiago Dantas (UNESP – Unicamp – PUC-SP). He received his Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Brasília (UnB) and his Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). He currently researches the role of Argentine exiles in Mexico in the transnational denunciation of human rights violations in the Argentine dictatorship (1976-1983) and its implications for Argentina-Mexico diplomatic relations. His research themes are: Foreign Policy, Human Rights, Forced Displacement, Social Movements, Transitional Justice and National Security Dictatorships in the Americas.

João Paulo N. Gabriel is Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He has experience in the field of Political Science, with an emphasis on International Relations.
